Six week series which offers a relaxed and supportive environment where moms and their babies can come together and share experiences.  JC Parenting Director and Psychotherapist Diana Perales leads the group discussion of weekly topics related to parenting as well as any other themes the group identifies.  This group is for new mothers and their babies

from 0 to 6 months old.

Pre or Postpartum Support Session

This is a individualized one hour support session with Diana Perales, LCSW on topics relating to new motherhood.  The new mama or mama-to-be is able to explore many of her questions and concerns relating to her new role.
