Join Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Jersey City Parenting Director Diana Perales for a free workshop that will explore the many questions that new moms have relating to what is normal physically, emotionally and mentally during the postpartum period. Ask questions and hear from other moms about what new motherhood is really like.
Who: New Mom's and their infants up to six months of age.
